By accessing and using Istanbul Taxi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Istanbul Taxi provides premium airport transfer and transportation services throughout Turkey. Our services include airport pickups and drop-offs, hourly rental, city tours, and corporate transportation.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile app, or authorized channels. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts.

• Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include all applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or route changes
• Corporate accounts are subject to separate billing arrangements

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges as follows:

• 12-24 hours before pickup: 25% of booking value
• 6-12 hours before pickup: 50% of booking value
• Less than 6 hours or no-show: 100% of booking value

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

• Be ready at the designated pickup location and time
• Provide accurate contact and flight information
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Not smoke or consume illegal substances in vehicles

6. Liability

Istanbul Taxi maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
